    We provide a pest identification service for free!

    All you need to do is bring your unidentified pest to the office with your name and telephone number, and we will identify it for you at no charge. We have an Associate Certified Entomologist on staff that will be able to help in identifying your insect(s).

    If it is after hours, we have a convenient "Bug Drop Box" outside the main office door where you can place your pests (in a sealed container, of course) with your name and telephone number. We will then identify your pest, contact you and explain what the pest is, why it is there, and how they can be eliminated from your home.

      We've used EPM for years helping with ants that come into the house in the winter months. We've been lucky to have Josh come each time we have called them. Josh know the house and already knew what needed to be done. He's a total professional. Great knowledge of his trade. Great customer service skills.       I called and they made time that day. Took care of our pest problem with 1 visit. Very knowledgeable and professional. They explained what would happen and if what was done didn't remedy the issue to call in but assured us it would be taken care of by the next morning. It was taken care of that evening.
